1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Meemo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the application.
2. Service Description
Meemo is an application designed for managing notes, checklists, and reminders enhanced by artificial intelligence. Features include:
- Automatic categorization via AI.
- Synchronization via iCloud.
- Location-based reminders (Geofencing).
- Note protection via FaceID/TouchID.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Meemo offers an annual subscription model to access all features. All transactions are managed through your Apple App Store account.
- The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Prices may vary by country and local currency.
4. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial period to let you test Meemo without limitations.
- After 14 days, if no subscription has been purchased, the app will enter read-only mode.
- In read-only mode, you can view your content but cannot create new items or modify existing ones.
5. Content Usage and Privacy
Your data is stored locally and on iCloud. Meemo has no access to your personal content. You are solely responsible for the information entered into the app.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meemo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device or iCloud malfunctions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through app updates or on our website.
